The “Peacemaker,” a 150-foot, three-masted barquentine, is moored on the Northbank Riverwalk between the Hyatt and the Courthouse parking lot.The 380-ton vessel was built in Brazil and outfitted in Savannah, Ga., where it was discovered by Capt. Jim Suber, the City’s dockmaster and waterways coordinator while on vacation.
