Housing values dropped almost 10 percent in metropolitan Jacksonville between 2008 and 2009 and were down 8 percent last year from 2007.The U.S. Census Bureau reports that the median value of a home in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties fell to $185,000 in 2009, from $204,900 in 2008 and from $201,400 in 2007.
