Skinner Bros. Realty, in partnership with The PARC Group, announced Wednesday that First Watch, Clean Juice and Sherwin-Williams will open in the Nocatee Town Center in summer 2020.

They will join a Publix Super Markets Inc. GreenWise Market in a new shopping center at southeast Nocatee and Crosswater parkways.

First Watch will be Nocatee's first dedicated breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, according to the announcement said,

Clean Juice offers organic açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bites and other healthy food.

Clean Juice is owned and operated by Nocatee residents. The announcement said it is the first and only USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise. It offers organic açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bites and other healthy food.

Sherwin-Williams sells paints, stains, colors and supplies.

Construction will start soon on the shopping center, which will comprise two buildings totaling 40,000 square feet of grocery, dining and retail space. More tenants will be announced soon, the announcement said.

Along with golf-cart parking, there will be walkable waterfront space.
