Gov. Ron DeSantis says he isn't that familiar with the issues surrounding the now-canceled sale of JEA.
Asked by the Jacksonville Daily Record after a news conference at Florida State College at Jacksonville announcing a price reduction in the Florida Prepaid College Plan, DeSantis said all he knows about JEA is what he's seen in the news media.
“I'm not involved in that at all. I'm familiar with what I've read, but there's not been anything that's come to my desk that I've had to be involved,” DeSantis said.
