The Mini Bar Donuts + Coffee posted on its Facebook page that Shop #4 will open in about 18 months after it builds along St. Johns Parkway between Race Track Road and County Road 210.
It will offer doughnuts, coffee and craft beer.
The Mini Bar says it has shops at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, Jacksonville Beach and in Jacksonville at Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard.
St. Johns County issued a permit for construction of a 3,746-square-foot Whataburger restaurant at 2850 County Road 210 W. at a cost of $1 million.
The site is near John’s Creek Center in St. Augustine.
