Seattle-based Starbucks Coffee Co. intends to build a 2,424-square-foot shop on a half-acre at 10915 Baymeadows Road in the Point Meadows shopping center.
The city is reviewing civil engineering plans. Starbucks also intends to remodel the interiors of its shops at 11850 McCormick Road and 4761 Hodges Blvd. at estimated construction costs of $150,000 each.
St. Johns County approved a permit to remodel space at 60 Shops Blvd., Suite 50, in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway for The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Saint Johns.
St. Johns County is reviewing a permit for construction of a 3,652-square-foot Zaxby’s restaurant and drive-thru on 1 acre at 6256 Race Track Road, at U.S. 1, in Grand Cypress, which will be anchored by a Winn-Dixie grocery store.
