It’s a 1,433-square-foot project.
Another is at 104 Ashourian Ave., No. 103, in The Forum at Greenbriar at a cost of $170,000. It’s 1,250 square feet.
St. Johns County issued permits for four restaurants in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway in Saint Johns: Al Dente Italian Restaurant at $200,000 at 90 Shops Blvd., Suite 60; Xtreme Wings Sports Grille at $187,005 at 160 Shops Blvd., Suite 90; Canopy Road Cafe at $200,000 at 90 Shops Blvd., Suite 10; and Ember & Iron at 60 Shops Blvd., Suite 80.
