Park 295 Industrial Park in Northwest Jacksonville is working on adding two more warehouses at southwest Interstate 295 and Duval Road.

The address is 2619 Ignition Drive.

The city is reviewing civil engineering plans by Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. and issued a concurrency reservation certificate for the proposed Building C.

Plans show it between 394,277 square feet and 436,177 square feet, comprising warehouse space and some office use.

JEA is reviewing a service availability request for the proposed 150,000-square-foot Building A.

No tenants are identified for either structure.

The completed first structure, the 552,634-square-foot Building B, is leased to Ulta Beauty Inc. and Quiet 3PF, a fulfillment center. The Sarnova medical products company wants to open a 131,000-square-foot space, leaving a small amount of the structure available for tenants.

NorthPoint Development of Riverside, Missouri, near Kansas City, owns Park 295.

Through NP Jacksonville Industrial LLC, NorthPoint paid almost $4.77 million in August 2018 for about 175 acres to develop the project, designed as five buildings totaling more than 1.7 million square feet of Class A industrial space.

Newmark Phoenix Realty Group represents the park.

The site is across I-295 from Amazon.com’s North Jacksonville fulfillment center near Jacksonville International Airport.

Site plans show Building C west of Building B, and Building A east of it.

A master site plan indicates Buildings D and E west of the others.
