Whispers Oyster Bar & Crabs is open at 331 W. Forsyth St. Downtown.
Lunch is 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The menu posted in the window shows lunch specials of a $5 wings basket and a $7 shrimp basket as well as Caribbean and Southern cuisine at $8.99.
Sides include comfort foods like macaroni and cheese, rice and peas, cabbage, collard greens and more.

There’s also a 5-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday happy hour.
