Coker, Schickel, Sorenson & Posgay has promoted Daniel Iracki to a named partner of the firm.

In addition, the attorneys and staff from Camerlengo Law Group have joined the firm, now known as Coker, Schickel, Sorenson, Posgay, Camerlengo & Iracki.

Iracki, an associate since December 2012, is a board certified civil trial lawyer specializing in personal injury, wrongful death litigation and trial practice. At 32, he is the youngest named partner in the firm’s 38-year history.

“Mr. Iracki is one of the hardest working and most aggressive young lawyers in town,” Howard Coker said in a news release. “He is certainly deserving of a partnership.”

The merger with Camerlengo will add three attorneys — Joseph Camerlengo, Gregg Anderson, and Stefano Portigliatti — and seven staff members.

“For years we have tried to emulate the family atmosphere, team approach and client focused representation of Coker, Schickel, Sorenson & Posgay,” Camerlengo said. “For us to join forces with these walking trial legends and great friends is truly an honor.”

Camerlengo will continue his practice as a board certified civil trial attorney specializing in trucking, semi, bus and other commercial vehicle crashes. He will lead the firm’s trucking practice. He is a past president of The Jacksonville Bar Association, is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble and has been voted a Florida Super Lawyer in personal injury and civil trial annually since 2008.

Anderson, who will be a partner, specializes in handling claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act in addition to his personal injury work.

Portigliatti will be an associate and will focus on trucking and commercial vehicle litigation.
