Thirteen homebuilders are winners in 25 categories in the St. Johns Parade of Homes.
The builders were honored during the St. Johns Builders Council Parade of Homes banquet Aug. 31 at Marsh Creek Country Club in St. Augustine Beach.
Providence Homes and CalAtlantic Homes each won in three categories.
Providence won Gold Awards in the $551,000-$600,000 category and the $651,000-$700,000.
Providence won Silver for its The Juniper home at $342,726.
CalAtlantic won Gold Awards in the $901,000-$950,000 and $951,000-$1 million categories.It also won Silver for its Santa Cruz at $575,990 and its Sterling model was named “Pick of the Parade.”
Two awards each went to D.R. Horton, Mattamy, Lennar, Dream Finders, Landon and Drees.
D.R. Horton won gold in Townhomes in the $151,000-$200,000 category and Silver for its Palm II at $456,164.
Mattamy won Gold in the Townhomes $201,000-$250,000 category and Silver for its Beauclair at $432,990.
Lennar won Gold in the $251,000-$300,000 category and Silver for its Tivoli model at $294,490.
Dream Finders won Gold in the $451,000-$500,000 and the $701,000-$750,000 categories.
Landon won Gold in the $351,000-$400,000 category and Silver for its Riley model at $397,990.
Drees won Gold in the $401,000-$450,000 category and Silver for its Westgate model at $659,900.
Winning one award each were KB, Emerald, Dostie, AV and Artisan.
KB won Gold in the $301,000-$350,000 category, Emerald won Gold in the $501,000-$550,000 category and Dostie won Gold in the Over $1 million category.
AV won Silver for its Olivia model at $530,990 and Artisan won Silver for Osprey II at $719,000.
AV Homes’ Olivia was also named the Parade’s “Showcase Home.”
