17th Annual Raymond J. Ehrlich Jr. Trial Advocacy Seminar

8:30 a.m., Duval County Courthouse, Courtroom 406

4.0 CLE credits approved by The Florida Bar, including 4.0 civil trial, 4.0 criminal appellate law, criminal trial law certification credits, 4.0 juvenile law certification credits.

The seminar will focus on four components of a jury trial: Jury selection, opening statement, cross examination and closing argument, presented by faculty who are circuit judges and attorneys who are board-certified by The Florida Bar in civil trial law, criminal trial law or business litigation.

The Jacksonville Bar Association has a CLE video library where you can purchase online CLE presentations and get those CLE credits you need in the convenience of your home or office.

You may choose from as few as 0.5 CLER hours to as many as 8.0 CLER hours, including various certification hours. Just select the videos that correspond with the CLE credits you need, purchase them, watch online and submit for credit.   

Topics include family law,  technology law, transactional law and professionalism for new practitioners.
