The city is reviewing a construction permit application for Starbucks Coffee Co. at a cost of $500,000. The 2,515-square-foot building is planned at 7981 Baymeadows Circle W. in Baymeadows Park. It is the first retail building seeking a permit in the 95,000-square-foot commercial park proposed at the former Baymeadows Golf Club.
