The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a permit for Azaleana Manor at 12 Kingsley Ave. in Orange Park.
The permit seeks approval to resurface and modify the driveway to serve the single-family home converted into a wedding, meeting and retreat venue.
Azaleana Manor LLC, led by Karrie Massee, is the owner and applicant. Black Creek Engineering Inc. of Green Cove Springs is the engineer.

CHW of Alachua is the civil engineer.
