City reviewing build-out for Mack’s Tenders.

The city issued a permit for Southern Grounds & Co. to build its Avondale coffee shop, restaurant, market and art gallery at a cost of $1 million.

The Angelo Group Inc. is the contractor for the 8,000-square-foot building at 3562 St. Johns Ave. in the Shoppes of Avondale. 

Tropical Smoothie to Boulevard Crossing

JEA issued a service availability letter to civil engineer Taylor & White Inc. for a 1,678-square-foot Tropical Smoothie Cafe and drive-thru at 5821 Beach Blvd. in Boulevard Crossing.

Mack’s Tenders to Flagler Center

The city is reviewing build-out for Mack’s Tenders at 14866 Old St. Augustine Road, No. 103, in The Shoppes at Flagler Center.

KLT Construction Inc. of Jacksonville Beach is the contractor listed for the $60,000 build-out of 1,448 square feet.
