DI Construction LLC of Dawsonville, Georgia, is the contractor for the four-story, 122-room, almost 50,000-square-foot building, and a trash enclosure, on 3.13 acres at 7125 Bonneval Road in South Jacksonville.
Miami-based Gold Coast Premier Properties is the developer of the hotel project, which is next to the Bentley/Maserati Alfa Romeo dealership, off Butler Boulevard off Interstate 95.
