Four 9,100-square-foot Dollar General Stores are in review.
The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for Concept Development LLC, which develops Dollar General stores, to build on 0.90 acres at northeast Pritchard and Jones roads in West Jacksonville.
Concept Development Inc. asked JEA about service availability for two locations – at 8422 Atlantic Blvd., east of Century 21 Drive in the Arlington-Southside area, and on vacant land at 1040 E. Eighth St. in the Eastside area.
The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for a 1.35-acre site at southeast Main and East 50th streets in the Panama Park area.
The city issued a permit Aug. 11 for a $650,578 renovation of the Publix Super Markets Inc. store at 11406 San Jose Blvd. in the Mandarin Oaks Shopping Center.
