Restaurant notes: Wingstop to Cobblestone; Larry’s Giant Subs to Roosevelt

Ember & Iron, Culver’s issued permits.

The city is reviewing a permit application for Wingstop to build-out space in Cobblestone Crossing at a cost of $250,000.

Adkins Construction Co. LLC is the contractor for the renovation of 1,205 square feet formerly leased by Taco Del Mar at the 2771 Monument Road shopping center.

Larry’s Giant Subs to Roosevelt

The city is reviewing civil engineering plans for construction of a a Larry’s Giant Subs restaurant at 5857 Roosevelt Blvd. EnVision Design + Engineering LLC is the civil engineer.

The 2,400-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru is planned on 0.43 acres. 

Ember & Iron to St. Johns County

St. Johns County issued a permit for interior build-out for Ember & Iron restaurant at 60 Shops Blvd., Suite 80, in the Shoppes of St. Johns Parkway in Saint Johns.

The 5,241-square-foot project, along with outdoor space, is a $776,412 project.

Culver’s at the Fountains

St. Johns County issued a permit for Culver’s to build a 4,519-square-foot restaurant and drive-thru at 45 Fountains Way in the Fountains at St. Johns in Saint Johns at a cost of $1.5 million.
