The city is reviewing a permit for tenant finishes for Aerie, an American Eagle Outfitters Inc. brand at The Avenues mall at 10300 Southside Blvd., space 2220, near AEO.
No contractor is listed for the 5,000-square-foot store at a project cost of about $365,000. Aerie sells intimates, apparel, swim and activewear.
The city issued permits for Elkins Construction LLC to renovate two Publix Super Markets Inc. stores at 13820 Old St. Augustine Road in the Shoppes at Bartram Park at a cost of $950,000 and at 4495 Roosevelt Blvd. in Westside for $930,000.
McIntyre, Elwell & Strammer will renovate the Lakewood store at 2875 University Blvd. W. at a cost of $989,058.
