Plans show 48,697-square-foot store on 3.77 acres. The site is east of the shops that include Tesla and Apple.

The project includes installation of underground utilities, clearing, grading, stormwater management facilities, roadways, parking areas and associated construction.

The request follows a permit modification submitted Feb. 11 to the St. Johns River Water Management District for St. Johns Town Center LLC to make improvements on vacant lots.

St. Johns Town Center wants to make internal roadway and parking improvements to open space for construction of RH.

St. Johns Town Center is at northwest Butler Boulevard and Interstate 295.It was developed in 2005 and the third phase, anchored by Nordstrom, was completed in 2014.

RH and two other Phase 4 parcels are planned behind J. Alexander's, True Food Kitchen and the stores in that corridor of the center. Another parcel is near Nordstrom.
