J. Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver made a $3 million gift through the Weaver Family Foundation Fund to endow the J. Wayne and Delores Barr Weaver Chief Curator position, currently held by Holly Keris, at The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.

Guardian buys LTC

Guardian Pharmacy of Jacksonville bought the LTC division of Atkinson’s Pharmacy, which will operate as Guardian Pharmacy of Jacksonville and continue serving LTC customers.

Guardian Pharmacy of Jacksonville provides pharmacy services to assisted living and skilled nursing communities.

Retail building for Wildlight

Skinner Bros. Realty expects to complete a third multitenant retail building at Wildlight’s Village Center in Nassau County in August.

Jacksonville-based Skinners Bros. Realty submitted a preliminary site plan to Nassau County’s Development Review Committee in September and construction began in January on the 11,640-square-foot mixed-use building along Florida 200, east of the community’s main entrance. 

Colliers brokers sale

Colliers International Northeast Florida brokered the $8 million sale of a 39.5-acre industrial waterfront terminal parcel at 1301 Wigmore St.

Guy Preston and Seda Preston with Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the seller, Norfolk Southern Corp., in the Jan. 31 transaction. Keystone Terminals purchased the property.
