Civil engineering plans filed with the city identify the Normandy site as Dollar General.
The city calculated a fee of $95,214 for a store on 4.51 acres at southwest Normandy Boulevard and Fox Creek Drive.
It determined a fee of $77,487 for a store on 1.35 acres at southeast North Main Street at East 50th Street.
The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for a proposed 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store at 96001 Lofton Square Court in Yulee.
The 4,650-square-foot store is at southeast Florida A1A and Amelia Concourse. Bohler of Tampa is the civil engineer.
