St. Johns County and the St. Johns River Water Management District are reviewing an application for a 16,100-square-foot Goodwill store at 1195 St. Johns Parkway on 7.4 acres at southeast St. Johns Parkway and Race Track Road.
It is part of the second phase of Parkway Place.
Piedmont Companies Inc. of Lincolnton, North Carolina, is the developer. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
St. Johns County issued a permit for build-out for Thrive Infusions at 550 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 104, in The Pavilion at Durbin Park.
The build-out cost is $361,090 for the 1,785-square-foot space. Thrive provides IV hydration treatments and vitamin infusions.
St. Johns County is reviewing plans for the 3,600-square-foot Tidal Wave Auto Spa on 1.07 acres at 2789 Kenton Morrison Road in St. Augustine. Olson Land Partners LLC is the representative for the project, which is an automated car wash.
