Food notes: Starbucks to Lakewood, Point Meadows

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for the proposed stand-alone Starbucks Coffee shop at 5640 San Jose Blvd.

A closed Shell station will be removed for the 2,533-square-foot Starbucks that also will offer an outdoor patio.

Avid Group of Orlando is the civil engineer.

Starbucks to Point Meadows

JEA issued a service availability letter for Starbucks to build a coffee shop with a drive-thru at 10915 Baymeadows Road on an outparcel at Point Meadows shopping center. The site fronts Baymeadows Road next to Wendy’s. CPH Inc. is the civil engineer.

Dunkin’ Donuts to Southside Quarter

The city issued a permit for Suncoast Industrial & Construction Services to build a 2,458-square-foot building for Dunkin’ Donuts on 0.87 acres at 7005 Gate Parkway in Southside Quarter at a cost of $550,000.

Popeyes to Callahan

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant in Callahan. Plans show a 28-seat, 2,115-square-foot restaurant on 0.93 acres at 450047 Florida 200. VRE Callahan LLC of Southlake, Texas, is the owner and developer. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
