The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for the proposed stand-alone Starbucks Coffee shop at 5640 San Jose Blvd.
A closed Shell station will be removed for the 2,533-square-foot Starbucks that also will offer an outdoor patio.

Plans show a 28-seat, 2,115-square-foot restaurant on 0.93 acres at 450047 Florida 200. VRE Callahan LLC of Southlake, Texas, is the owner and developer. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
