Restaurant Notes: Panera in St. Johns; Zaxby’s to Callahan

Bakery and restaurant planned for Parkway Village at World Commerce Center.

St. Johns County is reviewing plans for a 3,600-square-foot Panera Bread in Parkway Village at World Commerce Center.

The restaurant is proposed on the 1.09-acre Outparcel 7 at International Golf Parkway at Village Commons Drive. 

Zaxby’s to Callahan

The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for a 70-seat, 3,965-square-foot Zaxby’s restaurant on 1.5 acres along Florida A1A in Callahan.

Callahan Jasz Inc. is the developer. Goodson Bergen & Associates is the consulting engineer.
