The city is reviewing permit applications for Gate Petroleum Co. to build an almost 7,000-square-foot convenience store and fuel canopy at 11100 E-Town Parkway.
Jacksonville-based Gate bought the 2.16-acre site in July 2020.
The St. Johns River Water Management District issued a permit for the project July 14.
The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for Tire Outlet on 1.42 acres at southeast Dunn Avenue and North Campus Boulevard in North Jacksonville.
The city calculated a mobility fee of $29,489 for the 6,270-square-foot store and is reviewing civil engineering plans for the outlet at 4418 Dunn Ave.
TD Tire Outlet Inc. also applied for a certificate of use for its 5,100-square-foot store at 10220 New Berlin Road.
