Montecito Medical Real Estate paid $21.9 million for the structure, which was developed in 2013.

The offices occupied by Cancer Specialists of North Florida - Southpoint sold Dec. 15 for $21.9 million.

CSNF Holdings LLC of Jacksonville sold the property to MMAC 300 Jacksonville Fl LLC, in care of Montecito Medical Real Estate of Nashville, Tennessee.

The 18,488-square-foot office building was developed in 2013 on 4.8 acres at 7015 AC Skinner Parkway.

CIT Bank financed the deal with a $15.875 million loan to MMAC 300 Jacksonville FL.

CSNF Holdings paid $1.8 million for the property in 2011 in a purchase from Icon First Land Partners LLC.

Its current taxable value is $8.7 million.
