Restaurant Notes: Starbucks, McDonalds, Wingstop, Burger King make moves

Permit issued to build coffee shop in Lakewood.

The city issued a permit Jan. 26 for Starbucks to build-out a 2,500-square-foot coffee shop at 5640 San Jose Blvd. in Lakewood.

Elfrink Custom Construction Inc. of Oviedo is the contractor for the $275,000 project.

McDonald’s in Arlington

JEA received a service availability request for McDonald’s to remodel its restaurant at 7245 Merrill Road.

It will be enlarged by 415 square feet to 3,935 square feet.

CPH Inc. is the civil engineer.

Wingstop to Normandy

The city issued a permit Jan. 27 for Wingstop at 5515 Normandy Blvd.

Adkins Construction Co. LLC is the contractor for the $200,000 project to build-out 1,830 square feet of space.

Burger King in St. Johns

St. Johns County issued a permit for the $800,000 construction of a 2,884-square-foot Burger King with a drive-thru at 307 Harper Lane in Saint Johns.
