The city is reviewing a permit application for The Church of Eleven22 to build a three-story parking garage at its main campus at 14286 Beach Blvd. at a cost of $8 million.
Bradley Bowen Construction of Jacksonville is the contractor. RBF Design Associates Inc. of Jacksonville is the architect.
Plans show the 128,918-square-foot, open-air garage with up to 400 parking spaces at the church’s main San Pablo campus. The garage is proposed south of the church building.
Abbey Civil Engineers Inc. is the civil engineer.
“Building plans and approvals are currently in process and we hope to have a rendering to share in the near future,” said spokesperson Melinda Byrnes.
