Minnesota-based Realife Management purchased the three-story office building at 7751 Belfort Parkway for $6.1 million, NAI Hallmark announced July 12.

NAI Hallmark’s Keith Goldfaden and Daniel Burkhardt represented the seller, Jacksonville-based Acorn Property Holdings, in the transaction.

The 68,809-square-foot building off of Belfort Road in Southside is 89% leased, with tenants including Invitation Homes, Payspan Inc. and Staffing Now.

“Despite the uncertainties which remain in the future of the office leasing market, we continue to see strong buyer demand for office investment acquisitions in Jacksonville,” Burkhardt said in the release. “This was another competitive offering with multiple bids. Investors are recognizing the many competitive advantages (i.e. cost of living, quality of life, etc.) of our market compared to other metros, which will continue to attract new business and tenants to our area.”

The property last sold for $10 million in 2018, according to Duval County Clerk of Courts records.
