The city is reviewing construction plans for Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 1290 Dunn Ave.
Dyne Development LLC of Little Rock, Arkansas, intends to build the 1,678-square-foot restaurant at Dunn Avenue and Haverford Road, west of Interstate 95.
The city also is reviewing a permit for Wingstop to build-out 1,330 square feet at 1038 Dunn Ave., No. 2, in Highland Square at a cost of $275,000.
Adkins Construction Co. LLC is the contractor.
Interior Buildouts Inc. is renovating 1,255 square feet of space for Cold Stone Creamery at 4495 Roosevelt Blvd. in Ortega Park, also known as Roosevelt Square, at a cost of $157,705.
Venture Construction Co. will build a free-standing, 2,146-square-foot Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on an acre at 9144 103rd St. at a cost of $425,000.
