Wisconsin-based Clack Corp., a privately held maker and distributor of water treatment and drinking water products, is opening a warehouse in Jacksonville.

A job posting on Clackcorp.com career portal says Clack is hiring a warehouse lead for the center, which it says will open this month.

The city is reviewing a permit application for the installation of pallet racking for Clack Corp. in 43,750-square-feet of space at 3525 Imeson Road, No. 203, in West Jacksonville.

Racine Construction Co. is the contractor for the $195,508 project.

The location is in the multitenant Imeson Road Distribution Complex developed by Warehouse Rentals. It is represented by Colliers International Executive Director Guy Preston and Associate Director Seda Preston.

They represented the landlord and the tenant in the Clack deal.

Clack is based in Windsor, Wisconsin, near Madison. Its headquarters comprise more than 300,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space on a 30-acre campus.

It has two additional facilities. It has a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse building in Rogers, Arkansas, and a 46,000-square-foot distribution center in Phoenix that opened in 2019 to serve the West Coast markets.

The company, established in 1944, makes and distributes industrial water treatment products and commercial water treatment equipment. It remains a family business.
