St Johns County approved a permit for interior build-out for Cantina Louie at 465 Florida 13 N. in Saint Johns.
The project cost is $653,000 for the 4,960-square-foot project. ShayCore Enterprises Inc. is the contractor.
The Barolo Group LLC paid $975,000 on Sept. 14 for the 1.9-acre site at 101 Monument Road in Arlington that it has cleared for construction of a Culver’s restaurant.
It bought the land from Spiros Group Holdings LLC.
Wells Fargo Bank in Minneapolis issued an almost $3.9 million mortgage.
St. Johns County is reviewing plans for Whataburger at Parkway Village in St. Augustine.
The 3,196-square-foot, 74-seat restaurant and drive-thru is planned on a 0.81-acre site at northeast Florida 16 and International Golf Parkway.
