Rimrock Companies expects to relocate its corporate headquarters from 1000 Riverside Ave., No. 450, to Riverplace Tower early in the first quarter of 2022.

The city issued a permit Sept. 28 for Acu Pro Service Corp. of Seminole to build-out 2,265 square feet of space in Suite 2150 at 1301 Riverplace Blvd. at a cost of $75,000.

Bold Line Design LLC of Ponte Vedra Beach is the architect. Rimrock executive Rurmell Mcgee said Jacksonville has been the headquarters “for quite some time” for the commercial real estate development services company.

“We are heavily invested in the Jacksonville community,” he said. Mcgee said the move will accommodate growth. Rimrock has 10-15 employees. It also has offices in Lake City.

The space is 3,963 square feet for the injection area and 1,351 square feet for infusion therapy for COVID-19 treatment.

The Mayo campus is at 4500 San Pablo Road S.
