Old Navy remodeling at River City Marketplace

The store is updating its North Jacksonville clothing store at a cost of $300,000.

The city issued a permit Oct. 6 for TOMCO Retail Construction Inc. to remodel the Old Navy store at River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville.

TOMCO, based in Grand Prairie, Texas, will remodel space at the 15,057-square-foot store at a cost of $300,000.

Old Navy leases at 13221 City Station Drive, No. 101.

Old Navy sells clothing and accessories for men, women and children. It is a brand of Gap Inc., based in San Francisco.

The remodeling includes painting, replacements, new fixtures, other interior updates and new exterior signage.
