New York-based LRC Properties sold Enterprise Park and Belfort Crossing in Southpoint for $30 million to a Chicago investor affiliated with Bradford Allen Realty Services in Chicago, according to a deed recorded Sept. 2 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts.

The deed shows the properties comprise two four-story buildings totaling more than 242,300 square feet on 17.7 acres at 4190 Belfort Road and 4345 Southpoint Blvd.

LRC, based in Rye Brook, New York, paid $20.675 million for the property in January 2019. It owned the property as TGLRC Belfort Portfolio LLC.
