St. Johns County is reviewing an application for a 7-Eleven convenience store with fueling positions and a 980-square-foot car wash on 2.01 acres at southwest County Road 210 and Beacon Lake Parkway.
St. Johns County issued a permit Aug. 30 for construction of a 5,200-square-foot Circle K convenience store at a cost of $970,000 at 215 Florida 16 in St. Augustine.

BFC Property Holdings Inc., the Gate Petroleum Co. subsidiary that builds Gate Express Carwashes, paid $1.6 million for the vacant 1.41-acre Outparcel 6 at 5402 Florida 16 in Parkway Village in the World Commerce Center in St. Augustine.
