TD Bank filed notice that it applied with the Office of Comptroller of the Currency to establish a branch at 5665 Normandy Blvd., a former branch office for other institutions.
TD Bank said in July it had 10 offices in Northeast Florida and would open more. It also is renovating the former Synovus Bank office at 1326 Prudential Drive on the Downtown Southbank.
Circle K Stores applied for a Certificate of Use for its retail corporate offices at 9485 Regency Square Blvd., Suite 400.
The size is 11,147 square feet.
The city approved a permit Nov. 6 for Circle K South Atlantic to build-out the space for its division office, which moved from Waycross, Georgia.
