A new Xfinity retail store opened Dec. 20 at the St. Johns Town Center, Comcast announced.
It is the company’s fifth store in Jacksonville and ninth in Northeast Florida, according to a news release.
Xfinity is Comcast’s digital platform for TV, internet and voice services.
The store is at 4663 River City Drive, Suite 107. It is next to the AT&T store.
Customers can pay bills, interact with Comcast employees and explore the company’s products and services.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
The store is part of Comcast’s recent investments in its retail presence in Northeast Florida, where it has opened or remodeled five stores over the past two years, the release said.
The new store “not only gives our Jacksonville customers another opportunity to try our products and services in person, but it does so at an extremely popular and convenient location where they might already be going to shop, eat or hang out this holiday season and beyond,” said Javier Garcia, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Comcast’s Florida Region.
