The city issued a permit Jan. 13 for tenant build-out for Burger Barn Grill at 9303 Baymeadows Road, No. 101, in Baymeadows Park, the restaurant’s second location in Northeast Florida.
Tim Young Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $183,400 project to build-out 3,165 square feet of space.
The initial Northeast Florida restaurant opened at 475 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 103, in The Pavilion at Durbin Park in St. Johns County.
The city issued a permit Jan. 13 for Suncoast Industrial & Construction Services to build a 1,258-square-foot Dunkin’ doughnuts and coffee shop on 0.41 acres at 110 New Berlin Road in North Jacksonville at a cost of $425,000.
St. Johns County issued a permit Jan. 14 for Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders at 2490 U.S. 1 S. in St. Augustine.
Stansell Properties & Development of Odessa is the contractor for the $475,000 interior remodeling of 2,708 square feet of space.
St. Johns County also is reviewing plans for construction of a 2,750-square-foot Huey Magoo’s on 1.13 acres along County Road 210 in Beachwalk.
In Jacksonville, the city issued a permit Dec. 30 for Kaneco Construction to build-out 2,219 square feet of space for Huey Magoo’s at a cost of $350,000 at 10560 Old St. Augustine Road.
