Two office buildings that house the Jacksonville radio studios of iHeartMedia sold Jan. 4 for $12.4 million.
The buildings are at 8000 and 8001 Belfort Parkway.
The offices are home to the radio studios WQIK-FM 99.1, WQIK-HD2 106.9, WFXJ 930 AM and WSOL-FM 101.5, among others.
RLFED Belfort LLC of Fairview Park, Ohio sold the buildings to Plymouth 8000-8001 Belfort FL LLC of Boston. The LLC is part of Plymouth REIT, a real estate investment firm.
The 11.3-acre property at 8000 Belfort Parkway has a taxable value of $2,799,700. The taxable value of the 14.75-acre 8001 Belfort Parkway is $3,942,400.
In November 2019, the properties were sold by Acorn Belfort Park LLC of Jacksonville to RLFED Belfort LLC for $7.7 million.
