Weston Inc. buys One Imeson building for $68.25 million

The 1.64 million-square-foot North Jacksonville building is leased by Bacardi, Venus Swimwear and others.

Cleveland-based Weston Inc. purchased the 1.64 million-square-foot One Imeson building in North Jacksonville on July 18 for $68.25 million.

Weston acquired the building through One Imeson Park Blvd LLC. The seller was Real Capital Solutions of Louisville, Kentucky, through RCS Imeson LLC.

One Imeson Park Blvd LLC took out a $55.5 million mortgage on the property from Huntington National Bank of Cleveland.

One Imeson tenants include Bacardi Rum, Maximus, Werner Enterprises, Venus Fashion and Komyo America.

The two-story building at 1 Imeson Park Blvd., No. 100, sits on 74.48 acres. It is in Imeson Center east of North Main Street and west of Busch Drive North.

The office and warehouse was developed in 1974 as a Sears catalog distribution center.

Tenants include Bacardi Rum, Maximus, Werner Enterprises, Venus Fashion and Komyo America.

The property has a taxable value of $40.62 million, according to Duval County property records.

Real Capital Solutions bought the property in June 2018 for $47.75 million.
