The Loree apartments sold for $84.25 million

It is the AC Skinner Parkway community’s second owner since its construction in 2016.

The 300-unit Loree apartments at 8649 AC Skinner Parkway sold Nov. 14 for $84.25 million.

Momentum Real Estate Partners of Miami sold the apartments through MREF II Loree LLC and MREF III Loree LLC.

The buyer was PRG Real Estate of Philadelphia through PRG Loree Associates LLC.

The Loree was built on 15 acres in 2016. The per-unit price was $280,833.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom units range from 804 to 1,373 square feet. Monthly rents are from $1,529 to $2,428, according to apartments.com.

Amenities include Wi-Fi at the pool and clubhouse, pet care, business center, breakfast and coffee concierge, and a fitness center and spa. The community is gated.

The Loree is south of Butler Boulevard about 4 miles west of St. Johns Town Center.

The apartments were last sold by the developer AC Packer LLC of Jacksonville Beach in August 2017 for $56 million.
