NAI Hallmark announced the sale of 750 Cassat Ave. in West Jacksonville to ServPro of Arlington/Jacksonville East for $3.26 million.

NAI Hallmark Vice President Austin Kay represented the seller and John Cole with Foundry Commercial represented the buyer.

The 32,198-square-foot building was developed in 1979. Beauty Max previously operated there.

The 2.7-acre lot is at southwest Lenox and Cassat Avenues, south of Interstate 10 in the Riverside area.

“This is a prime example of converting an existing retail box to a different use and in this case a local business, ServPro of Arlington, who will be relocating as their business continues to grow.” Kay said in the news release.

ServPro of Arlington/Jacksonville East now operates at 11215 St Johns Industrial Parkway N., No. 3, at southwest Beach Boulevard and Interstate 295.

ServPro remediates fire, water and storm damage, provides mold cleanup and offers other cleaning services.
