Tabula Rasa Brewing in the Rail Yard District announced Aug. 7 on social media it is shutting its taps forever.

“It’s with a heavy heart we are announcing that the brewery will be closing. We appreciate all the love and support from our wonderful customers these last five years,” it said on its Facebook page and website homepage.

Randy Peterson and his wife, Jackie, are the owners of Tabula Rasa Brewing.

The brewery and taproom is at 2385 Corbett St. next to McCoys Creek. The Rail Yard District is bordered by Interstates 95 and 10 and King and West Beaver streets.

Tabula Rasa said it is closed this week and will reopen Aug. 8-13 at noon for a closing sale and to “have a one last pint with us.”

“Thank you all for the wonderful memories,” the message concludes.
