Starbucks proposes Riverside renovation

Starbucks applied to the city to renovate its 1,645-square-foot coffee shop at 1650 Margaret St. in Riverside.

Seattle-based Starbucks Corp. proposes an estimated $350,000 project that includes new finishes in the cafe bar and restrooms and expanded back-of-house space.

Exterior work will include a new door and new patio furniture.

Gensler is the architect.

Starbucks is a tenant and occupies enclosed space and a patio.
