The buyer was attorney Raymond B. Vickers of Tallahassee.
The sellers were Mark and Christina Demetree through Ponte Vedra Blvd. LLC.
Robert and Andrea Kircher sold the home to the Demetrees in April 2022 for $8.5 million.
The house has a pool and enclosed patio area. There is a full balcony on the second story facing the ocean. It has a wooden path for beach access.
It is about a half-mile south of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club main building.
