Ash Properties buys Intracoastal Plaza shopping center

New York-based Josephs Group sold the property for $25.25 million at near the price it paid for it in 2016.

Blueberry Commons LLC sold the Publix-anchored shopping center at southeast Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Road to Intracoastal Plaza LLC, led by ownership of Ash Properties, for $25.25 million.

Through Blueberry Commons, The Josephs Group of Orangeburg, New York, sold the property Sept. 20. 

Jacksonville-based Ash Properties is a real estate development company.

The almost 170,000-square-foot shopping center is at 14444 Beach Blvd. and 14420 Beach Blvd.

Blueberry Commons paid $25.7 million in 2016 for the almost 22.2-acre shopping center at 14444 Beach Blvd. The majority was built in 1993. A fast-food restaurant was built in 1997.

The property comprises an almost 62,200-square-foot Publix and almost 100,000 square feet of medical and other uses.

As part of the purchase, it acquired a 3,392-square-foot bank branch at 14420 Beach Blvd. built in 1995.

Ash Properties has added Intracoastal Plaza to its website, ashproperties.com.
