Odessa Realty Investments of Atlantic Beach sold the apartments through Huntington ORI Apartments LLC.
The buyer was 3333 Monument RD Holdings LP of Prosper, Texas.
It obtained a $4.89 million mortgage from Berkadia Commercial Mortgage of Ambler, Pennsylvania, on Aug. 9.
Odessa Realty Investments bought the apartments in 2020 for $24.65 million.
The Portofino Club, built in 1986, sits on 15 acres and has 16 buildings. The per-unit price is $123,869.
Portofino Club offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments from 452 to 1,075 square feet with one or two baths. Monthly rents are from $975 to $1,675, according to Apartments.com.
The gated community is east of Ed Austin Regional Park.
Amenities include a pool, fitness, clubhouse, dry cleaning service. Maintenance is on-site.
