HomeGoods and BJ’s Wholesale Club are now open at River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville.

The HomeGoods grand opening was Jan. 25 at 13221 City Station Drive, Suite 125, in the former Bed Bath &Beyond space.

The 26,114-square-foot store is open 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Merchandise departments include furniture, rugs, lighting, decorative accessories, kitchen and dining, bedding, bath, pet accessories, storage, workspace, outdoor, gourmet, wellness and more.

It is the seventh HomeGoods in Northeast Florida.

Nearby, BJ’s Wholesale Club opened Jan. 12.

The club is at 12884 City Center Blvd. at the south end of River City Marketplace. The 104,148-square-foot store is taking the site where the 63,810-square-foot Regal Cinemas was demolished.

Club hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, according to bjs.com.

It is the fourth Northeast Florida club for BJ’s, which also has locations on Atlantic Boulevard in East Arlington, on Philips Highway near Baymeadows and in Orange Park. It has a distribution center in West Jacksonville.

The club includes a BJ’s Gas station, tire center and optical department. The company said in March it planned to hire about 150 people for the store.
